We want parents, students and education partners to be able to find information and contact us comfortably.
Using the website
You can navigate using a keyboard, use the skip link to reach the main content, and open or close the mobile menu with its button. Escape closes the menu. Text can be enlarged in your browser and the layout adapts to smaller screens.
We use descriptive headings, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus and text alternatives for informative images. There is no automatic carousel or autoplaying video. The site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Forms and the parent portal
Required enquiry fields are identified in their labels. If something is missing, the form explains the problem and moves focus to the first field that needs attention. If delivery fails, your entered details stay in the form so you can try again.
The sign-in form is supplied by TutorBird. If the embedded form is difficult to use, try the direct TutorBird sign-in page or contact us for help.
